Arugula Pesto
  • 1 C Arugula
  • 1/2 C Basil
  • 1/4 C Pepitas
  • 1/4 C Pine Nuts
  • 1/3 C Olive Oil
  • 1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T Huck’s Hollow Lemon Herb Spice Blend
  • 2 t Salt

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with veggies, salad, pasta, or on crostinis with cheese.
