Gazpacho
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 bunches cilantro
  • Salt

Juice carrots, bell peppers, two bunches cilantro, and limes. Blend the rest and add to juice. Salt to taste, chill, and serve.
