Potato & Beet Chips

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

  1. Using a mandolin slice potatoes and/or beets very thin.
  2. Individually lay slices on to baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle each slice with ghee and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake for about 20- 30 min or until golden brown.
